This event will present a fresh and original perspective on facilitating pharmaceutical human resources executives to maximise recruitment, development, motivation and retention of key talent. It will be looking at improving efficiency in two individual and distinct areas: R&D Talent and Sales & Marketing Talent.
NextLevel Pharma’s 2nd Annual pharmaceutical Talent Management event will be unique because unlike other events it will give all participants the choice of focusing on the unique challenges relating to their specific HR function and at the same time to have the flexibility to look at the bigger, global picture.
On day 1, this event will be examining talent management issues at a strategic level.
On day 2 the event will be divided into two separate workshops concentrating on Sales & Marketing talent management and Research & Development talent management.
